Ventana China-US Innovation Growth Fund, LP

Ventana China-US Innovation Growth Fund, LP is a $200 million California limited partnership established by Ventana Partners, LLC to make private equity investments in U.S. expansion growth stage companies with a focus on the convergence of technology and health services and medical products. The Fund will leverage Ventana's specialized teams in both  the US and China, to open markets abroad,  and promote access to expansion opportunities in and through China.  The strategic investments will provide a direct means to transfer technology between the US and China  and at the same time,  address  the goals of China's 5 Year Plan.

The Fund's invstment team is comprised of professionals with a strong track records and over 100 years of combined experience in investing in and growing companies.  The team has the unique ability to create proprietary deal flow with corporate offices located in the technology, medical device and biotech hub of Southern California (Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego) with additional regional offices in Chicago and Washington D.C.
